Bitloan LLC. provides a lending service where users can borrow DAI stablecoins by depositing Bitcoin (BTC) as collateral via the Lightning Network. Our services include:

• Loan durations ranging from 1 month to 60 months.
• Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios of 50%, 70%, and 85%.
• Interest rates between 0.99% and 2.99% per month, depending on the LTV and loan duration.
• Automatic liquidation at an LTV of 90%.

All transactions are executed securely and transparently through smart contracts and blockchain technology.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities.

If you do not meet these criteria, you are not eligible to use our services.

4. Loan Terms

• Collateral: Loans are secured by Bitcoin (BTC) deposited via the Lightning Network.
• Interest Rates: Interest rates range from 0.99% to 2.99% per month, depending on the selected LTV and loan duration.
• Loan Duration: Loans can be taken for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 60 months.
• LTV Ratios: Available LTV options are 50%, 70%, and 85%. Liquidation occurs automatically at an LTV of 90%.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when required.
• Maintain the security of your private keys, passwords, and other access credentials.
• Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activities.
• Carefully review all transaction details before confirming.
• Bear full responsibility for any errors made during the process, such as incorrect addresses or amounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bitloan LLC. is not liable for:

• Losses or damages resulting from user errors, such as sending funds to incorrect addresses.
• Fluctuations in the value of Bitcoin or DAI.
• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or technical issues beyond our control.
• Actions by third parties, including fraud or external breaches.
• Issues related to the Lightning Network or the Bitcoin blockchain.

Our services are provided "as-is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Privacy Policy

Our commitment to privacy is detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and protection of your personal data as described therein.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
